Please, fill out the form:

1) Write you name in left upper square.

2)  Write your E- mail adress in right upper square.(Please, be careful writing your E-mail correctly. Otherwise, we can´t write back to you).

3) Write your message to us in the bottom square and push the blue button "Send" in order to send your message to us. Your mail /message should contain following informations (We don´t open attached documents in E-mails):

       - Name of artwork you are interested in buying, cataloque no (for istance: "12a"),

       - Payment method and currency you want to use. (Bank transfer: DKK... PAYPAL: DKK, USD. EURO and

          GBP. Also remember to write your Paypal E-mail adress, otherwise we are not able to give you a

           payment request / invoice).

       - Questions about artwork or shipping.

       - Delivery adress

       - Name of recipient.

None of these sensitive personal informations will be published on this website, when you push "Send."

This way of dealing and art shopping guarantees you that we don´t have to administrate and keep you personal bank account informations , card numbers or card codes.

What happens next?

When we get your message, we write back to you with a confirmation of art order in your chosen currency and artwork will be  marked "Reserved." If you have written all the above mentioned informations, and you have no further questions, invoice counts as confirmation of order and you will receive a payment request on PAYPAL, too, if you have chosen that payment method. If you have chosen bank transfer as a payment method, a faktura/ invoice, which counts as confirmation of order.

While you pay the artwork, we´re packing artwork and it will be shipped, when your payment has been registered on our account.

When your packet has been shipped / sent, you will recieve a picture from it and a "Track and Trace number"+ Name and contact informations of our shipper. Deliveries from Galleri Octopus Art are alway sent registered.

You will get an E-mail answer including the word: "kulturhulen" from Galleri Octopus Art. Please, be very careful writing your own E-mail correct, otherwise we cannot answer you.
